Welcome to Ultimate Detailing Co. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking confirmation will be sent via email from info@ultimatedetailingco.co.uk within 48 hours of your request.
2. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, payable via a secure payment link sent by email. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.
Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, bank transfer, or cash. A detailed invoice will be provided via email following service completion.
3. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. You are permitted one reschedule within 30 days of your original booking date.
Failure to attend the rescheduled appointment will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the 25% deposit.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require a minimum of 7 days’ notice. All cancellations or changes must be made via phone at 07903 076115 or 07506 128929, or by email at info@ultimatedetailingco.co.uk.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the 25% deposit.
5. Vehicle Assessment
Before beginning any work, a full exterior and interior assessment of your vehicle will be conducted.
The assessment must be reviewed and signed by the vehicle owner or an authorised representative.
Any pre-existing damage—such as scratches, dents, or scuffs—will be documented and shared with you. If you disagree with the findings, please raise your concerns before signing and prior to the start of any work.
6. Working Environment Requirements
To perform our services effectively, we require a minimum clearance of 3–4 feet around the entire vehicle. The vehicle must be parked off-street.
If adequate working space is not available, we may be unable to proceed with the service. This should be discussed and confirmed during the booking process.
Ultimate Detailing Co. reserves the right to refuse service if working conditions are deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
7. Weather Policy
As a mobile detailing and valeting service, our operations are subject to weather conditions.
If weather prevents us from performing the service to a professional standard, we reserve the right to reschedule. Any new appointment will be mutually agreed upon as soon as possible.
8. Ultimate Maintenance Plan
To cancel or reschedule a service under the Ultimate Maintenance Plan, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required. Contact must be made via phone or email.
If a valet cannot be rescheduled within the timeframe defined by your plan, additional charges may apply due to the extra time and work required to restore the vehicle to its expected standard.
If your vehicle is excessively dirty due to increased usage, please notify us prior to your next appointment. Failure to do so may incur additional charges.
